Sophisticated Trunkwell House Wedding Reading
We started with the bridal preparation photos for Lisa at Millennium Madejski Hotel. Both the bridesmaids and Lisa were all very relaxed and calm when I arrived, and this continued throughout my time there… the photos reflect this feeling of ease. This isn’t something I come across very often, it really set the mood for the rest of the day.
The wedding at Trunkwell House was outdoors, incredibly serene and beautiful in the garden. The bridesmaids’ pink strapless dresses were just a perfect match with Lisa’s pastel rose bouquet as she walked through the rose arch and down the aisle. The sun was out, it was summer, but it doesn’t always feel like this… we were lucky! Funnily enough though, with a few glasses of coke added to the mix, we had a few wasps make a flying visit! A few guys were pretty good at capturing them under their glass for a quick photo, have a look for that one below.
Their wedding breakfast was held in the Venetian styled marquee which looks out onto the garden, so it’s pretty much a perfect backdrop while inside. Lisa’s father had some very touching words throughout his speech, Lisa tried her best to hold back the tears. This is what I love about weddings, families together to celebrate a truly beautiful day! Kirk’s best man added a bit of humour to the speeches, a totally confident and smooth delivery. A truly sophisticated wedding without a doubt!
