Cooling Castle Wedding Photographer | Holly & Gary

Cooling Castle Wedding Photographer this venue has a feature unlike any other barn. An actual castle next door. Ok, maybe some of the castle has left our time, but not all of it, especially the turrets, as they make for a great backdrop.

Holly and her bridesmaids arrived in a VW Van. Pretty much identical to the one we used to have in my family. The sun was out. Everyone was in a great mood and Holly’s father was really looking after her, that’s always something I admire.

Holly and Gary were married in the The Heritage Barn, one of three barns that were available. It is the only one where the bride could start the ceremony from the gorgeous flower-adorned balcony. Down the staircase and onto the red carpet. Gary couldn’t help but sneak a few peeks of Holly over his shoulder, just how it should be!

After the ceremony and the group photos in the walled garden, we made some time for their wedding portraits. Making full use of the old wagon surrounded by the petals from a pink Blossom tree. The castle turrets were the next backdrop. Then onto a gorgeous idyllic sign post that has that perfect country feel. Holly and Gary were beaming, were so full of happiness, it was a joy to see. Check them out below, they are just so natural!  Their wedding breakfast was held at the Tithe Barn with beautiful exposed high beams and natural brickwork. The fairy lights working in perfect unison with some light pink highlight decorations on the chairs and table.

As we moved in the evening reception, Gary couldn’t thank me enough for looking after them on their day. But I was just as thankful, as they looked after me just as well. Lovely couple, great family, blue skies… just a perfect day to be a Cooling Castle Wedding Photographer.
