Chris glanced toward the Clubs Bar, thinking it the perfect moment for a drink himself. There he spotted his Dad, Vic, surrounded by four or five gentlemen, notepads in hand.

They looked like reporters: trilbies perched on heads, waistcoats neatly buttoned, betting tabs tucked into their hatbands. They scribbled furiously, checking each other’s notes with intense focus.

Vic, however, was animated, deep in discussion about music, his eyes glowing with youthful excitement.

He waved to Chris, pointing at the group with a broad smile, and shouted, “Fantastic memories! Love you, my son!”

Wild & Cinematic

A story shaped by Sian and Chris’ shared love of competition, late nights around the card table, and the games that became part of their relationship

They had arrived.

The Golden Club rose before them like a fortress, its mirrored walls dissolving into fog high above. Chris tilted his head back. Beside him, Sian shifted closer, eyes wide as she traced the structure upward.

Circling the building at fog level was the first ring: the four playing suits, glowing steadily, rotating in slow, deliberate motion. An outer armour, or perhaps the lifeblood that sustained it.

Above that, a second ring hovered, fainter, its symbols harder to make out, shimmering just beyond reach. And higher still, barely visible through the fog, something else moved. Suggesting further levels waiting to be reached.

Not a single tower, but a progression. A challenge. A game about to begin.

Vibrant & Communal

A moment shaped by their love of fun, and the people who filled their day with it

Fingers entwined, Nikitta and Matt began a small, impromptu dance beside the table.

Slowly, the room’s attention turned to them. A sea of smiling faces, sunlight catching on everyone’s love-heart sunglasses, scattering golden hearts across the walls.

The sun dipped low over the horizon as Matt and Nikitta cruised along, their Ray-Bans caught the last glints of light. Engines purring beneath them as the forest gave way to open roads. In every direction stretched possibilities.

But they only needed one path now. The road that led to everyone they loved.

For a moment, the world seemed empty. All roads looked the same.

Matt glanced at Nikitta and shrugged. A silent question passing between them. Then, ahead, a shadow fell over the road. A familiar silhouette. The black eagle swooped low, wings wide, emitting a sharp, commanding cry. Matt reached out as if wanting to thank the eagle personally, then looked back at Nikitta with relief. They would be alright now.
