The Plough at Leigh Wedding | Laura & Andrew
This Plough at Leigh Wedding was adorned with fairy lights galore and I loved it! Dusky pink decorations matched the bridesmaid’s dresses perfectly at Laura and Andrew’s gorgeous wedding. While the foliage on the tables provided some lovely green accents and contrast. The whole place felt like an outdoorsy, secret garden-esque feeling wedding.
HAGS provided garden games to keep the guests amused. Everyone loved getting competitive over a game of Jenga and Connect Four. The giant LOVE letters provided a nice touch and it was just perfect for photographs!
Laura’s Bridal preparations were at The Hever Hotel which was less than 15 minutes away from The Plough. Keeping locations close means you don’t waste much time on your wedding day. It made it the ideal location for the bridal party to get ready. Plaits and curls were the order of the day for the girls and they all looked gorgeous. The couple’s little son Jacob looked fab in his little suit and cravat as well!
Laura and Andrew met at a party eight years ago, so it makes sense that music reflected that period. Andrew especially curated list of music for the reception for everyone to rock out too. Blow-up guitars rained down on the couple from the gallery during their first dance.
Andrew and Laura’s reception will go down in history as the summer’s most enthusiastic air guitar festival. Young and old, everyone got involved. It was awesome, seeing all the guests going a little nuts! These are the weddings I love! People letting loose, being themselves, celebrating and sharing all that a wedding can bring. This is why I do it, why I love photographing weddings. At this The Plough at Leigh Wedding, everyone celebrated the newlyweds in style!
