Summer Rustic Barn Wedding at Kent Life | Sam & Lee
I love nothing more than a rustic barn wedding, and when photographing a couple that are just so tender and happy, it just makes me appreciate my luck of combining the two as a Kent Life Wedding Photographer. Sam and Lee were just that couple!

Sam and her wedding party all arrived in Triumph Stag convertibles that belong to and were driven by her father and his friends… the ‘gang’ I was told. It is great when couples get their whole family involved in the day, it just makes it even more personal!
They were married at St Margaret’s Church in Kent by Wil the vicar, one of the youngest and certainly one of the most laid back vicars I have ever met.
Their wedding breakfast was held at the Kentish Wagon Store at Kent Life in… well you guessed it, Kent :-) The room itself is light and bright, complete with timber beams which are strung with fairy lights and decorated yearly with traditional Kentish dried hops.
Following on from the meal, this Kent Life Wedding Photographer organised some time with the couple to enjoy the warm sunset glow and grab some beautiful outdoor wedding portraits around Kent Life. Check them out below, they are just so natural!
The evening reception was just a stone throw’s away at Kent Life’s Ulcombe Village Hall where all the guests hit the dance floor. When I think back to that day, I left that wedding with a big smile on my face as I knew I had captured some awesome photos and everyone had been so welcoming throughout the whole day.
